Returns & Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

For change-of-mind returns, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

For hygiene reasons, returns must include all original components. Items damaged through misuse are not eligible.
